Where we ship

Chocxo.ca ships within Canada. If you're in the U.S., please order at chocxo.com.

Until September 28, 2026 we are shipping to British Columbia only. Other provinces are still too warm to ship chocolate safely without insulation and ice packs. We'll open shipping to the rest of Canada on September 28.

Processing and delivery times

We prepare orders within 3–5 business days. Delivery time after that depends on your location. All orders ship from our facility in Delta, BC.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your province and order size. Orders of $75 or more ship free.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. You can also find it by logging into your account. If your tracking hasn't moved for more than 5 business days, email orders@chocxo.ca and we'll investigate.

Melted or damaged on arrival

Email orders@chocxo.ca with your order number and photos within 24 hours of delivery. See our Refund Policy for details.
